Wonderful stay near relatives home! Cottage was updated, new and clean! Everything was easy to follow her instructions. Would definitely return!

Staying At Kim's Cottage was everything I hoped it would be, the family enjoyed the stay. It was very windy and the waves were too choppy to let the kids out there, so we were a little bummed we didn't use the kayaks but that didn't stop us, we ventured out and enjoyed the at home type setting out in nature and downtown Frankfort as well as some time around the firepit. We hiked to the outlet even through the elements. The place is near were my great grandparents had a cottage for many years and where I had spent time on Lower Herring and the outlet. This was as close as it gets to reliving my childhood, the cottage even still holds that same environment I remembered. The house had everything we could need and more. It was cozy and relaxing. I look forward to that every summer if I'm able and it was nice to bring the whole gang this time. Kim's home brought back that home feeling I was trying to find. My Grandparent are still there in spirit. Thanks Kim!

The cottage was perfect for our family. Well maintained and had plenty of room. Loved that they provided us the kayaks and had the firepit for us to use. Kim was very responsive from beginning to end. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay, lovely place near a small lake for kayaking and boating (public boat launch with walk distance!). 10min drive to small town and beach. Absolutely recommended.
