Hello, My name is Michael Carter. I'm a long time resident, since 1975, of our wonderful "Off the Beaten Path" Colorado Rocky Mountain Evergreen Community. Our Lodging Location is in the Area known as "Brook Forest" on the eastern boarder of Mount Evan Wilderness Area. We have been in the short term private family STAND ALONE residential Vacation Home business for many years. We are new this year 2017, to this wonderful format developed by Air B&B. All of our homes are on large 1 acre+ lots nestled high on our mountaintop just 8 beautiful miles from Downtown Evergreen Colorado, and only 39 mile from the Heart of Downtown Denver. We invite you to review our listings and hope you will consider the unique location and privacy of one of our Cabins and Cottages as you search for your ideal Air B&B lodging location. Our personal home is within walking distance to your selected Air B&B residence so we are always on site during your visit to assist in anyway. I always chuckle when people refer to our location as "Way out Here".
