Jurica is very friendly, kind and helpful guy. He was there to help for 24X7 on our trip and he is always responsive very quickly and gives us a quick solution of the problems. The apartment is very clean have good enough facilities to stay for short or longer time. I have visited Zadar with my girlfriend but it’s also appreciated to book this apartment for a family. He is not live every other owner who just care about their property and money but he is very kind and helpful human. I like during the trip is coffee machine and balcony and windows view.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war äußerst angenehm und die Einrichtung sehr modern. Die Gegend ist ruhig und der Strand ist selbst zu fuss nicht weit entfernt. Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Fahrzeug und Jurica war zuvorkommend und hat mir dabei sehr geholfen.

we zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen, het appartement was boven verwachting luxueus, zoals oven, vaatwasser en zelfs een waterkoeler. jammer dat er in de omgeving weinig te doen is. in de zee stikte het van de zee egels waardoor waterschoentjes een must is. al met al een prime verblijf gehad en ik raad dit zeer aan.

The place were exactly as it was described. It was clean, spaceful and with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was an accecible location to beautiful beaches and zadar old town. The host was really friendly and nice 😊
