Brian’s home away from home is cozy and just far enough away From the busy city. It is spacious and accommodates several people. It is close to fishing, kayaking, and trails. He even allowed our treasured dog to come with us which saved us the trouble of boarding our dog. If you want a place that brings you to nature’s corner this home will fulfill that.

Perfect cabin for a family vacation. The cabin is close to a pool and a playground. Close to the river for floating and fishing. Centrally located to sight see. We would for sure stay here again. Brian went out of his way to help find attractions and fishing spots to keep the kids entertained. Great host!

Great cabin which is more like a house. It was super clean and offered 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The hot water heater kept up great with our party of 5 without problems. No Wi-Fi and no cable allowed our family to connect with each other which was fantastic! We took advantage of the kayak/canoe livery which was about a 20 minute drive from the cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip down the beautiful Au Sable river. We also enjoyed the quad trails just outside of Mio which was about a 30 minute drive from the cabin. We opted not to hit the closer trails but they looked good as well! The owner was kind, prompt and very helpful. We look forward to visiting this area and this cabin in the future.
