Jackie and Graham's carriage house is located amongst the gorgeous trees of the Sunshine Coast. The view of the ocean from the deck, kitchen and front room provides a constant sense of tranquility. A homey welcome in the form of fresh baked bread and homemade blackberry jelly was the start to a peaceful week of exploring the natural surrounds. Both Jackie and Graham provided recommendations for hikes and the natural water wonders with supporting brochures and tide charts to guide our experiences. Friendly, welcoming and available, they are exceptional hosts with beautiful, clean and well equipped accommodation should you choose a stay on the Sunshine Coast.

A lovely place with everything we needed. We felt very pampered, even though we were off the beaten track. Jackie and Graham were great hosts, answering all our questions about the area. It’s a good location for exploring in both directions - from Egmont to Gibson. Expect to drive everywhere though - there is nothing within walking distance.

Jackie was a fantastic host. She had helpful suggestions about the area and very responsive. Place was exactly as described and the view over the Strait and the trees was perfect. Enjoyed my stay and would return!

Without hesitation this rental is 5 stars across the board. If you find it available, book it! What an awesome place in the most beautiful of locations. Jackie and Graham are lovely hosts and made us feel welcome in so many ways. The home is spotless, large and inviting. The bed is so comfy and the spectacular view … wow! Quiet, serene, but close enough to town to have the best of everything. You will love staying here 💜
