Francine is an absolutely wonderful host. Arriving at her place seemed more like visiting an old friend than staying at rented accommodation. The space was comfortable, and the location is convenient. It is a short distance to some really great restaurants (including a place with some wonderful vegetarian sushi options).

Francine was so lovely. She was extremely communicative and accommodating for both me and my dog. It's hard to find a great place that allows dogs, and I am so appreciative of her hospitality and kindness! The place had everything we needed and it was in a nice location with access to lots of parks and the water.

Great stay! Francine was so lovely and met us in person and communicated quickly when we needed anything. Location-wise it’s about 20-30m outside downtown without traffic (but it felt like there was always traffic so bake that in). There’s a few metro stops about 10-15m drive so we used that option to get around. Bed and amenities were comfy, everything clean, etc! The only thing I’ll mention is that this is a middle unit so there is a possibility someone could stay above you and you can hear the footsteps and any deep voices so If you’re a light sleeper, just a heads up! Wasn’t much of an issue for us, just audible. :)

Great communication, excellent apartment, and in a very convenient location. The space was well stocked and we really appreciated the food and treats. Walking distance to many amenities. We would stay again.

beautiful place. Our previous Airbnb was canceled the day before our trip and Francine accommodated us nicely! Highly recommend
