While the building is older, like most in the area, the interior has been nicely updated. Unfortunately, most of the other tenants were extremely loud and noisy during the day, and didn't follow the 9p to 9am quiet time rule. TVs and music coming from other apartments were so loud I could make out the shows being watched and sing lyrics to the songs. It is unfortunate that other tenants have little care for the others they are sharing space with, often leaving music going loudly all through the night.

Keith was extremely helpful in finding an appropriate place for my family to stay to care for their mother during extremely unfortunate circumstances. He’s on the ball and super responsive. I would highly recommend booking with him at one of his rentals.

The host was exceptional. Attempted to help with a lost package situation and was incredibly kind and responsive even though I was stressed! Recommend for short-term stays. Neighbors were quite loud. Clean kitchen. Small space, so a bit of a squeeze for one person and two pets. Overall, good experience. Fit the description. Communicative host!
