Townhouse with free parking, panoramic view and trails to the surrounding recreational areas just outside the door. The house itself has 3 bedrooms, office and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor you will find a well equipped and spacious kitchen and livingroom. From the livingroom you can access a large veranda with great scenic view of the fjord and mountains that Molde is known for. The house has a garage for 1 car, and there’s 2 electric bikes for rent (500 nok pr night) The house has everything you need for a comfortable business or vacation stay. The dining table seats 6 people and it's convenient for laptop work, and there's an office on the second floor. The kitchen is fully eqipped, and there's towels and bedlinen ready for you in the bedrooms when you arrive. The house is located in Kringsjå housing cooperative in Molde, north of the city centre. It's situated nicely with great view of the fjord and mountains, and has a sunny veranda. You live close to the city centre, but still in a dead-end street with little traffic and noise. In the evenings it's quiet, and you can enjoy the starry sky from the veranda or take an evening stroll on the nearby trails. On the walk from the house to the city centre you will also find the museum area 'Romsdalsmuseet', where there's concerts during the jazz festival during week 19.

Fantastisk utgangspunkt for å oppleve Molde. Man får den flotte Moldepanoramaen mens man koser seg på den romslige balkongen og huset er nær både by og mark. Rolige omgivelser med gode lekemuligheter for barn. Vi satte stor pris på det velutstyrte kjøkkenet når vi lagde de fleste måltidene hjemme. Takk for oss!

Vi hadde det superfint under vårt opphold i Molde i Gunhild sitt flotte hjem :) Det var fantastisk å stå opp til en kaffekopp på terrassen, og den vakre utsikten! Et rent hjem, med alt det man trenger, og i rolige omgivelser.

The house sits in a child friendly and quiet neighbourhood, with playgrounds. Hiking trails to the popular surrounding mountain area starts just a few metres outside the door. The city centre is within a 20 minutes downhill walk along the trail, or 6 minutes drive.
Molde is known for it's spectacular nature with tall mountains and deep blue fjords. You'll be staying in close proximity to walking trails, cinema, restaurants, bars, a water park, museum, play park and stores.
The beaches Kringstadbukta and Retiro is 10 minutes by car, and a few metres from your door you can go for walks to the city's popular view points, or go skiing in prepared trails in the wintertime.
If you want to go sightseeing, the wonderful attractions the Atlantic Road, Ona, Bjørnsund, Romsdalseggen and Trollstigen are all great day trips from Molde.
In the end of June, there's a children's festival on the museum premises close by calles "Rabalderfestivalen" with music and activities that are great for families.
In week 29 you can visit Moldejazz, an exiting week to spend in Molde. The Jazz festival brings lots of visitors and Molde suddenly feels like a larger city with great concerts and lots of happenings.

出行信息

There's a bus connection from Aarø airport to the city centre. We can schedule picking you up when you arrive and drive you when you're leaving if you let me know a few days before when your plane's scheduled. The house is about 15 minutes by car from the airport.
There's bus connections from Molde city centre, and you can take the 703 bus from the central bus station to Hatlelia and get off at the parking lot between Sollivegen and Bekkevollvegen. From here there's a short walk to the house by the trail. It's a bit steep though, so if you have luggage, I recommend you let me know, and I can pick you up either in the city centre or on the airport.
