Great accommodation, very well built and looked after, very helpful and friendly hosts, great communication, great location- just outside of the busiest roads but easily walkable into town. Would definitely recommend!

I needed a place to stay for a long working weekend in Manchester and it was perfect. It’s very newly built and felt like an exclusive penthouse suite all to myself with and great kitchen and wetroom downstairs. The location is brilliant with a short work diagonally across the park to the town centre of Knutsford which has a good selection of restaurants and shops. On my day off I went for walk at Tatton Hall a couple of miles away. The run into Manchester was only about 40 mins and so much nicer than staying in some city centre hotel with no parking. Everything was immaculately clean and they had left some beers, juice, milk and flapjack which was particular appreciated as I arrived quite late at night. Would definitely stay again next time that job comes up.

We've just returned from a lovely stay. This is exactly as described and the finish is higher end. Would recommend for a private, peaceful break, an easy walk to enjoy Knutsford and Tatton Park.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will continue to stay here. It has all the facilities you need and is well located for a short walk into town. The place is warm and light and airy.
