Myself and 5 friends rented this house for the Labor Day weekend to celebrate our Bachelor boy getting married. What drew us to the house was the location and proximity to the river. Once we arrived, there was just so much more. To say this is a great Airbnb is an understatement. You are situated on many acres of land full of wildlife and natural beauty. The coy pond, the riverside trails, the rec areas are all very well thought out and make the stay very special. The house is also spectacular with y’all ceilings and plenty of conversation pieces around to fill the weekend. I will definitely be looking to this location for future Canyon Lake stays. -Mike Garza

I absolutely fell in love with this property and I will definitely book the cypress falls house again! I booked the cypress falls house for my birthday weekend, totaling 6 girls. The check in was very simple and easy. The owners met us at the front entrance with a golf cart to assist with our luggage. They showed us around the property and made us feel right at home. The property is breathtaking.... From the entrance and all the beautiful wildlife, pound stocked with fish, the house is immaculate and is FULLY stocked. Everything you need to cook with, wine openers, cooking utensils, shampoo & conditioner, extra cooler, tubes to float the river with.... they have EVERYTHING. The property is located on the river, so all you have to do is jump in the river and float down. It's a 2 hour peaceful & quiet float until you hit the horseshoe. The horseshoe is public area, so it's wild and crazy the last 2 hours of floating. In total... it's a 4 hour float from the house and through the horseshoe. Whenever you want to get off the river, call a shuttle service and they will charge you $60 to drop you back off at the house. We were suppose to check out at 11am but the owner was kind enough to let us stay an additional hour so we can watch the legendary eclipse from the river. I'm already in talks with the owners trying to plan my next trip to their property. If you want a PERFECT river experience... book this property for a full weekend! Definitely the best location, house and hosts on the river!!

So beautiful! This was our second stay at this beautiful property! We will definitely keep coming back every year! We have found our favorite spot on the river, it's like a secret piece of paradise. The owners happened to be on property during our stay and they are absolutely incredible & so welcoming. We found ourselves totally wanting to just stay on property & hang with them. Great place & even greater people!
