The neighborhood is off of the main road, so there is no traffic noise. It is in a quiet village-like setting near a rice farm with beautiful views and friendly neighbors.
The Chiles Cottage is on the outskirts of Makeni and off of the main highway heading toward Freetown. It is a short walk to the main road for public transportation options to get into town. It is also walking distance to Monoprix Supermarket, the largest supermarket in Makeni.
