The place is as described, really close to baga and anjuna beaches, location is really peaceful and the staff is helpful, all the help you need is just a call away. Worth staying at the place if you want to have a peaceful stay.

Place is good, a little old but it has an essence of homeliness. Close to baga beach like in 5 10 mins and 1 great thing is that you can quickly reach to vagator etc places.

The place is really good to stay as it is in the heart of north goa and every tourist location is not too far away and easily accessible. Our host Rajni was also responsive and cooperative. The overall property is well maintained especially the Swimming Pool, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Strongly recomended.

Firstly the TV is not present at all. The host presumes that the guest will not watch TV so removed it as per instruction set pasted on the wall. Secondly there is no Hotwater in the Bath. It's available only after 11 am when sun has heated the water. Thirdly the guests are not allowed to visit unless the Host permits for whatever the reason. It's a long loop to close. Fourthly the host wants us to vacate by 10am when requested for extension, she denied. Now imagine it's month of Jan and you have to checkout without having to take a bath. Fifthly The microwave is not working. Sixthly the Bathroom exhaust phone and the Fridge make hell lot of noise even closing doors will not stop the sound. Seventhly there is no Mosquito repellant solution provided so we had to sleep the first night with permanent hosts present aka mosquitos. Otherwise the location is good but Host and facilities are below the standard. We could not enjoy our stay at all due to these issues. I wish I could cancel the r
