We’ve stayed other of Joshua’s properties. This property was exactly what we needed. In the heart of Fairborn, close to Wright State and Air Force Museum, comfortably decorated and easy parking.

The place was as described. We enjoyed the spaces the unit offered and parking was very easy. You can definitely hear any guest in the upstairs rental.

Stayed in the Patriot suite for a month. It had all the necessities to make my stay comfortable. The suite is updated with modern touches. The jet shower was amazing. Nice large smart tvs in living room and bedrooms. Huge washer/dryer in unit. It is a short walk to downtown Fairborn, which has a couple of decent cafés and restaurants. 6 min drive to Area A of the base and 13 min drive to Area B. Joshua is super responsive. I notified him the toilet was leaking. He responded immediately and had it fixed the same day. It did not bother me, but something to beware of if you are sensitive. It is a lower unit and you can hear every foot step in the unit above. Great stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Patriot’s Place. We had a little time to relax in the evenings in front of the cozy fireplace and watch TV equipped with Roku and streaming. The beds were very comfortable and the Airbnb was perfect for the 2 of us. The host even provided some light snacks. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing. Joshua responded promptly and a maintenance guy was out in 30 min. to have a look. The part was secured and the repair was made that evening before we returned. The folks above us were noisy at various times, as was mentioned in other reviews. It didn’t really matter much. Our stay was pleasant. We would definitely stay again. Joshua was a great host and the place was cozy in a quiet neighborhood.
