Definitely worth what you pay for. we were a little cut off guard by the family living there and was outside when we came, but they were super sweet and welcoming and all my kids wanted to do is play with them. They also have a super sweet dog that we got to meet. Very home-y. Such a cute place. I had a 4 year old a 2 year old and 2 adults. The closet is so big we put the pack n play they provided in the closet and my 2 year old went right to bed. They had a pull out couch for my son. Overall if you need a filler day stay somewhere to sleep this is perfect!! Also when we got there they turned on the waterfall in the pool and my son did yoga while watching the pool! The only thing I would say is : because they don’t have a pool heater don’t think your swimming in April! Too chilly but a super beautiful pool! Pictures don’t do it justice!

We had an amazing time at Tranquil Desert. Mike & Betty are extremely detail oriented and accommodating. The Tranquil Desert lives up to its name. Their property is an oasis with a spacious entrance and magnificent pool, where we relaxed and truly enjoyed our stay. Their location is close to the airport, a supermarket, restaurants, and a major connecting highway, which made it easy for us to visit different points of interest and return home to cool off. Communication was excellent. We look forward to staying with them again on our next visit to Tempe/Phoenix.

The place was perfect. Location, check in, amenities, and was very clean. Very quiet area with a private drive way. Would definitely stay here again.

Mike and Betty were very welcoming hosts. The off street parking was perfect for our boats. If you get a chance to meet Mike, be sure to ask about local restaurants. We enjoyed all his recommendations. We hope to return again.
