We loved our stay in the ground floor apartment. The beds are really comfortable and it has everything you need. Lots of great parks nearby and the ducks on the river were a hit with our children. We enjoyed fish and chips from the Wheathampstead Fryer and had an amazing take away from the Golden Elephant. The Tesco around the corner was really useful. We stumbled across a friendly coffee shop in the church, which is worth a visit. Easy to get into London via Harpenden train station and a lovely quiet and peaceful location to return to after a busy day exploring. We highly recommend and hope to return one day.

A perfect stay in a lovely and superbly equipped apartment, super comfy beds. A quiet location but close to loads of amenities and lovely walks, would definitely return in a flash.

We have an office in the village and this was perfect for our US training team to stay! 2 minute walk to the office and outstanding hosts!
