We had an amazing two night stay at Dave’s place - Dave was an amazing AirBnB, he gave us super great and clear instructions and was responsive with all our questions. The place is fantastic! Great separate living room space with fridge, smart TV, microwave and coffee machine - Dave even provided a few sweet treats on arrival, some really nice touches! The bedroom is semi-separated but bed was comfy and the blackout blind makes for a peaceful nights sleep. Bathroom is just round from the room with a free standing bath and super great shower. Overall, can’t recommend this place enough!

I enjoyed myself at Dave's. It's a great place to stay to focus on an objective. I wanted privacy to complete studying for licensure. Dave takes time to acknowledge the little things. A sweet treat here and bottle of wine there can go a long way. The wine was great! The cat greeted me in the AM when I came out of the room, not bothersome at all. It was a peaceful time.

Comfortable, pleasant rooms. Microwave and fridge, but I missed that there was no kitchen in the listing. Good selection of games and some interesting/odd books. Relatively private, though bath is down hall separated from main house by curtain. Pretty clean, if not spotless. Safe-feeling neighborhood. Liked the chickens in backyard. Fold-out sofa worked well and was comfortable for kid. Could have accommodated two. Didn't get to meet host, but interactions by text were pleasant.

Where to begin, ROMANTIC, EXTREMELY HOMEY AND COMFORTABLE. Absolutely amazing host quick response whenever needed, even gave us a cast iron skillet to use on his grill, and had wine bottles available to us with pastries and other things that where complimentary. Hard to describe how happy we where here, only booked for one night, ended up staying for three total. Close to local stores and grocery but secluded, quiet and private a-swell. Extremely easy to get to, and of course, cannot wait to come back for more with my girlfriend. Highly recommend, underpriced under appreciated for what it is. Also it said “shared” but thats an exaggeration, the bathroom is private to the guests, it just happens to be in the same hallway as the hosts laundry room. Which of course they are extremely respectful and we never saw them either. Good people, good room, and they even gave us some eggs from their chickens!
