Pros: A great private place. Beautiful complex with a very nice multi-floor apartment with a very nice balcony. Great location a couple of minutes drive from the historical center of Sirmione or the stores & restaurants at the new city. A very clean place. Full equipment with everything we needed. Very nice host. The rooms of parents and kids are in separate floors, which is great. Very recommended! Cons: The 2nd floor is in an attic with a low height ceiling, which resulted with multiple head collisions. The stairs between the floors are quite noisy and not very easy to climb. The walk to the parking place is quite long with many staircases.

Perfect place for a family holiday! The apartment was even better than the pictures and comfortably fit myself, husband, his parents and our 1 year old. Everything was clean, modern, and access to the many pools was fantastic given the hot sunny days we had while we were there. The location is great for visiting some of the local restaurants and shops and walkable to the castle and old town Sirmione. Having our own garage parking spot made it easy to drive to other towns on the lake or take the train and see Venice and Verona. Vladimir and Marina were incredible hosts. Super responsive and accommodating. They helped sort out airport transportation and were proactive with reaching out while we were there. I would highly recommend staying here for a Lake Garda trip!

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit, die nicht einwandfrei war. Als wir Vladimir darüber informiert haben, hat er sofort reagiert. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und freundlich und Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Vielen Dank Vladimir!

Vladimirs place is fantastic! The apartment is in a gated area with security, so it feels extra safe. The parking garage was big enough for two cars. We all loved the fact that there was three pool areas in total, one especially suitable for kids. The apartment was even better than on the pictures. Very clean and very well equipped. The balcony is huge and has a big table to have lovely dinners and even barbecue with the family. The place is super close to the lake, which is just across the street. Communication with Vladimir was easy and he gave great tips. Loved everything and very likely to come again. 💕
