The house has an excellent sea view and is located 40 m from the eastern bay seaside in Gerakini, Sithonia Halkidiki, Greece. Surrounded by olive trees from one side and near the sea the house is suitable for families with children and groups of 8 to 10 people. It has four bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen comfortable for self catering and preparing meals. It's near to the main street of Paralia Gerakini with tavernas, shops and entertainment. The house is a three storey maisonette furnished for a comfortable vacation with four bedrooms, two with single beds and two with king-sized beds. It has two bathrooms with thoilets and a shower. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven and a dishwasher as also a coffee machine, toaster and fast-heating jug. There is also a washing machine for our guests.
