Some Background on your Hosts: Anderson is originally from Brazil and Craig is from Indiana. We designed and built our dream home a few years ago. The inspiration was to live in a piece of art. The house has two master suites - one on each level. We designed the second floor master suite to have a hideaway tree house feel with an amazing shower. The home is modern, yet very comfortable and functional. We chose this location because it is truly a unique property in the Fort Lauderdale area with amazing wide water and sky views. We especially enjoy saying hello to everyone enjoying the water because who's not happy when they are on the water? Most people find it hard to leave the property once they get here. We jokingly call it the power of Cranderson Point - the name our friends gave it. Our friends kept saying that we made our own private resort and it made us think, why not share it with others. So, we decided to be vacation rental hosts and have loved it ever since. We naturally enjoy entertaining and it makes us happy to see our guests comfortable and having an amazing time. We know the area very well and can point you to great restaurants, outdoor activities and anything else that you desire. Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of South Florida with the miles and miles of waterways. The city also hosts the largest boat and yacht show in the world. We also offer private boat tours for hire with a Captain so that you can experience the gorgeous homes and estates with champagne and charcuterie or dine a restaurant along the water.
