A great location to explore gaios. On arrival to the port just follow the coastline around to gaios and you are there. There is a big orange building next to an ice cream waffle shop. Turn up there, you cant miss the apartment.

This house is in a fantastic location in Gaios-perfect for getting to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was an interesting experience for us, using a travel company through air bnb so you don’t get to meet the owner on arrival and when we asked for a potato peeler, we got a message to go and buy one. Only a small quibble but with an owner on site, we could have borrowed one! And in fact we did from a friendly local. We also asked if we could store our bags due to a late ferry home but was told to contact the local office who couldn’t help. Again, thanks to the kindness of a local business, we were able to store our bags for the day. You do miss those local touches when dealing with an agent but having said that there were some lovely touches in the house including sun umbrellas, deckchairs, freezer blocks and a cool bag which were incredibly helpful. So overall a fantastic place to stay just a different experience dealing with a travel agency through air bnb.
