We were in Monticello for a wedding and Samantha’s home was an ideal base of operations for the weekend. It is right downtown so easy to walk to the local restaurants and coffee shop. The home was just as described and was very comfortable including the beds. A great place to stay if you are in the area.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay with our extended family at The Zybell House! There was plenty of room for all eight of us - with even more beds available. From pack-n-plays to twin beds to king beds, there were options everywhere. The kitchen was fantastic to cook in and the socialize around. Plenty of parking and super close to downtown. There was a great play room with tons of toys. I could go on and on. Absolutely perfect place to stay in a historic house in Monticello!

Wonderful family oriented home with big open kitchen for meals. We loved the walk to the courthouse square for dinner and our morning coffee.

My family of 8 came in for Dad’s weekend at UIUC in early November. Easy drive to Champaign. Straight shot drive for 25 minutes. House was nice and roomy enough for all of us. Coffee bar with a variety of other drinks was awesome. We hung out mostly in the beautiful kitchen area. Had lots of natural light in there. 17 steps to the 2nd floor. 4BR upstairs (2BR on each side and they connected) so great for families with little kids. Thin walls. Not too private but rooms are spacious. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to check out the neighborhood. Samantha was very responsive to all my inquiries.
