The apartment is in a good location and only takes 10 mins to walk to the town. There is street parking available and the area is very quiet. The host is lovely but doesn't speak any English. The bathroom is outside of the apartment in a shared foyer. Based on this I felt the apartment was a bit over priced based on style and facilities compared to other apartment we stayed in around Istria. We only stayed one night so it might be more economical to stay for longer. Novigrad is a lovely little town and we ate at Marina, which is excellent but you need to book ahead.

Comfortable appartment for a couple, well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), good wi-fi signal even for watching movies, really lovely lady responsible for guests, free parking in front of the house, walking distance to the stone-gravel beach about 0,5 km, to the center 1 km. The offer of the nearest shop is quite limited. We spent there 5 very relaxing days, can imagine to come back again!
