This was the worst Airbnb I ever booked. First of all, we got not the apartment that we booked. We did not get any information about that, but received an “similar” alternative that turned out being much smaller. We could not even sit inside to eat because it was only possible to sit at the table with three persons. We kindly asked the host to get another, bigger apartment for an additional charge, but they refused to give us another apartment even though there were other apartments available. The host told us that there are no other apartments available, but we found others from the same host (in the building!) on Airbnb to the same time with space for 5 people as we needed. The next morning we got kicked out unkindly: The host knocked loudly on the door and tried to enter our apartment through the (luckily locked) door. The host threw us out and wanted to to make us pay for two nights although we only stayed one night and still had another apartment, that we did not book. The condition of the apartment was okay. Our two fridges worked, but were damaged inside so that it was difficult to keep bottles inside of it. Further we only had two wall sockets for five persons, which is definitely too less. The WiFi only worked partly in the afternoon and not at all in the evening. There was a video surveillance all over the property that was not announced and we did not agree to get video taped. The kitchen equipment was very basic so that it would be hard to cook real good food in this apartment. The tennis ground could not to be used, because there were beach chairs all over it. After we left the apartment the host requested a rate for another night and claimed that we did not leave it clean, which is not true. We wiped the floor, cleaned our dishes thoroughly and even made the beds. I would definitely not recommend staying at Villa Marina or any other apartment offered by the host. Luckily we got partially refunded by Airbnb.

die villa marina ist noch schöner als auf den fotos zu sehen. schöne, saubere appartments mit aussicht. toller pool und viele liegestühle. einfach perfekt und die lage ein traum. sicht auf einen teil des hafens, in 5 minuten ist man dort. das ganze anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und lädt ein, herrliche ferientage zu verbringen. die gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich, erklärt alles sehr gut und trägt viel dazu bei, dass man sich als gast wohlfühlt. die villa marina kann ich gerne empfehlen, 5 sterne und nochmals ein grosses dankeschön für den herzlichen empfang.
