Die Unterkunft ist wirklich geräumig und hat einen sehr großen überdachten Balkon / Terrasse. Die Lage ist gut, man kann zu Fuß ans Meer gehen und ist auch mit dem Auto zügig an den wichtigsten Orten. Auch die Kommunikation mit Gennaro und der check in liefen sehr gut ab. Das Mobiliar der Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber auf jeden Fall noch akzeptabel. Wer eine große Wohnung mit dem Nötigsten sucht und keine großartige Ausstattung oder Einrichtung benötigt, ist hier genau richtig.

If you are looking for a quiet stretch of perfect beach in an area not inundated by tourist: this is the place. The beach is very nice and long and private, with just a lido now and then. The house is in a residential area. There is not so much to do, but if you are looking for a relaxing time on the beach, this is it. Restaurants, supermarkets and bars are just 5 minutes by car away. The house itself is super, very clean and the balcony around the house is super big and nice. The kitchen has everything you need. There was only one thing I missed: a good cutting knife for vegetables and meat. But that’s a minor detail . Communication was Gennaro was always really quick. Even when we had a little issue with the doorkey, he was there within half an hour to fix the problem. Thanx again!

A casa di Gennaro ci siamo trovati molto bene. Spazio esterno molto ampio e comodo anche per mangiare all'aperto. Parcheggio interno. Molto vicino alla spiaggia e alla valle dei templi.

L'endroit idéal pour relaxer si vous aimez la nature tout près des grands centres. L'appartement est spacieux, la terrasse incroyable, la mer à quelques centaines de mètres et on peut tout trouver autour, épicerie, restos, sans compter la vallée des temples (site incroyable), etc. Gennaro et sa fille nous ont super bien accueillis, (Gennaro parle un peu français et sa fille un petit peu d'anglais). Nous n'hésitons pas à les recommander. Un super rapport qualité/prix. Nous y retournerions volontiers. Mille garzie GennRo.

Équipement un peu léger :four qui ne fonctionne pas , pas de grille pain Le plus : une belle terrasse La maison est propre , bien placé pour la vallée des temples
