Wonderful place! Friendly,helpful hosts. Huge house full of interesting people and a very relaxed, homey vibe. Room enough to be by yourself while still plenty of opportunity to meet and chat with other guests and hosts. This is my go to for the area from now on.

This is a great place! Nice, helpful folks and good conversation. The rooms are clean, the clientele was friendly and there was plenty of room in the house and yard. You can engage with many interesting people or spend time by yourself in the huge yard one of the porch /balconies, or just in your private, beautiful room. I'm looking forward to going again!

Ani was very nice, though it was not communicated to me until I had already checked in that she was leaving for the majority of my month stay and her husband would be staying behind. One of the reasons I picked her house was because I’m more comfortable with female hosts, and it would have been nice to know that before I booked. There were several times that it took a few days for paper towels to be replaced in the bathroom, or hand soap. I had my own, though I’m not sure the other guests did, which made me wary they weren’t washing their hands. The bathroom floor on the second floor is extremely slippery when wet, which I found out the hard way when other guests moved the hand soap to the tub and left a big puddle of water on the floor. My knee slid right into the edge of the claw foot tub, which was swollen for about 48 hrs and bruised for over two weeks. There was often food in the kitchen sink and out in the counters - likely left by other guests, but this was almost a daily occurance. Laundry is easy to do in the basement, and there is plenty of parking in the driveway (though be prepared for tricky driving to get into some of the spots).
