Beautiful location, charming and cosy mountain cottage in beautiful surroundings. From check-in to check-out, staff at the Office du Tourisme were friendly and helpful. The restaurant Pierre a Catillon offered great food and service. In the chalet the shower tap for hot water in second (basement) bathroom was tricky and a potential scalding hazard. We observed some dust that could benefit from some attention. All in all great value for money and would recommend this accommodation and staying in this lovely region.

Das gemütliche Häuschen mit den vielen, wenn auch zum Teil wirklich kleinen Zimmern, hat bestens für unsere Ansprüche gepasst. Balkon mit super Aussicht. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Gemütliche Stube. Gute Lage. Wir kämen wieder!

BEWARE. What ever you read, you won't appreciated how small this place is. It is a TINY place with every inch designed to be able to describe how many it can sleep. You'd better be good friends with them. A room you would descibe in the UK as a "box room" had 2 single beds shoved into the space. leaving barely enough to get into the room. So obviously to be able to say "sleeps 6" etc. The furniture would not be reasonalble if it came from a 2nd hand store and was still for free. If you are looking for cheap and cheaful, just somewhere to sleep it could be okay, EXCEPT at £1k per week its not cheap. We went from here onto a chalet at over £5k per week which genuinely felt like fantastic value for money. The shower mixer was so cheap you could feel both the hot and cold water (the former burning you and the latter freezing you) The one good thing i could say was the utensil choice was good. When you get there, expect nothing to ease you in, no water, no coffee, absolutely nothing. The restautant there is unbelievably expensive because you have no where else to go. 2 burger, chips and cokes, (not anywhere near as good as you'd get in Macdonalds) cost £55.00! I totally get that many people are looking for somewhere just to sleep but at £1000 a week felt vastly over priced. The staff in the centre were very nice and did their best to help whereever they could. You can do better!
