The place is situated very close to bus station and train station is only 10 minutes walk. Overall with 3 rooms it was comfortable for our group of 6. There are amenities like kitchen, washer, dryer that makes it an ideal family stay. Sonja is prompt with her responses and gave us very helpful tips and local recommendations. Thanks for being a wonderful host.

Was a super duper pleasant stay during our 4 nights stay! The place was nice with our bedroom windows & living room overlooking the mountain views! 🤩🤩🤩 It is just 5 mins walking to the bus stop (bus to Interlaken Ost station) and the house is so spacious to occupy the 7 of us (including 2 toddlers 2 & 3yo). The kitchen is complete with everything we need and we cooked everyday. Dryer and washing machine worked well. Groceries shop (Volg) and Wilderswil train station is just 10mins-15mins away. Definitely repeat if we come here again. The host is super nice!

The apartment is very nice, checks all the boxes. Multiple messages never responded to including one the morning before arrival. Terrible check-in. 5 days before arrival we are messaged to collect the key from the keyholder, with their phone, email and address - same as the apartment. Naturally, we showed up expecting to call and get the key. Well, we were told to come to Interlaken. This would have been a mere nuisance if we had a car, we did not. So you are telling me I have to travel somewhere else to get the key after messaging me to come to the apartment. The person on the phone was very rude she kept telling me that it was my fault since they had supposedly texted me those details. Maybe they did, maybe they didn’t, I never got a text. If you are in the hospitality industry and try to contact guests with important info and you don’t get a response, don’t you follow up some way (Airbnb message, email) to make sure the info is conveyed? As others have noted we too had WIFI issue.
