Wunderbares Haus (grösser als auf den Fotos erwartet) mit herrlicher Dachterrasse. Sehr schöner Garten. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Der angrenzende Strand mit klarem Wasser ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Nicholas has a little piece of paradise. Perfectly located across the street from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to fruit stand and local bar for wonderful pastries and pizza. It was our staging ground for a lot of day trips to Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. Quiet town with a relaxing vibe but also liveliness of a beach location. House was well maintained and cleaned and we had every amenity we needed to cook and do laundry when needed. Wonderful second bathroom located outside but attached to the house so we didn’t have to drag sand into the house after a day at the beach. Domenico was super quick in responding to every request for a restaurant and Nicholas provided us with a wonderful list of options for shopping and eating in and around Torre Chianca prior to our visit. Wonderful host, wonderful location.

Nicholas’ house is situated at a great location. The beach is across the street. You will have a private parking lot. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The main bathroom is well equipped, the second bathroom is on the outside of the house. Great for getting a quick shower after the beach. The house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. At some moments we missed a comfortable chair or sofa, despite all the cushions on the concrete benches. The village has a good small supermarket, the coffee bar Simone is great. The beach is very nice. We had a very good time.

This is a bit of paradise for those looking for a beach holiday with the beautiful sands and blue Adriatic a moment’s barefoot walk from the front gate across a quiet lane. There is a shop and places to eat within walking distance. We loved Bar Simone for pastry and pizza. And the local shop for 3 liter bottles of delicious local wine for 8 euro. If the beach isn’t enough, the lovely baroque town of Lecce is 20 minutes easy drive away with restaurants, supermarkets and all manner of shopping. The house itself is stylishly decorated with plenty of room and comfortable beds. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher. Two full bathrooms. Great water pressure and hot water. A great sunroof. A big garden and covered porch with seating. The host Nicholas is very responsive and the gentleman who greets you, Dominico, is available to meet any need. He speaks English well if you need him to. We had such a wonderful time we are considering looking for a place in the area!
