The house is located upon the town with a beautiful view of the sea and islands, a 15-minute walk from both center and lovely beaches. There are 2 traditionally decorated bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining. There is a big garden and terraces. The house was built 1985, refurbished 2023. We offer our own parking, included in the price of your stay, located 50 meters from the house.

Tena’s place is exactly as described: there’s more than enough room for 4 adults, it has a beautiful sea view and it we found it perfectly cleaned. It’s not exactly around the corner: the house is located on top of Veli’s hills, 5-10 minutes from the nearest parking space and 10 to 15 minutes to the town’s only supermarket. The house is split in 3 flats, 2 of them (including this, which is one the ground floor) are rented, while the other one is probably used by the owners - we didn’t have any issues with the other guests above us, although we could hear steps or chairs moving every now and then. There are 2 main beaches that are 15 and 25 minutes away by walking: the closest one, Rovenska, is in the middle of the town and have all the standard amenities but is also very busy and noisy. The furthest one, Victoria bay on Maps, is a little gem that I strongly recommend: there are 2 ways to get there from the house, just follow maps or the signs on the streets. Overall, great stay!
Schönes, etwas abgelegenes Haus mit Garten und tollem Blick über Landschaft und Meer. Das Ortszentrum sowie schöne Strände sind in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

There is a public parking located 5min-walk from the house (cca. 300 meters from the house).
You are coming by car/bus from the direction of Mali Lošinj, so when You enter the town of Veli Lošinj, take the right turn after the playground on your right. You can see the public parking in front of You.
CLOSEST POINTS REACHABLE BY CAR
You can come closer to the house by car, but only for a short stop to take your luggage out and then walk to the house. This is because the house is located in the old picturesque part of the village on the hill, where the streets are only 1,5 meters wide, so a car cannot pass through.
If You wish to do this, continue to follow the instructions.
After entering Veli Lošinj, on the roundabout take the first exit, then the first left, then the first right (on the crossroad with a small church in front of You). Just go straight, until you see a street on Your right. Here You can take Your luggage out of the car and walk to the house. Be sure not to block the traffic.
Continue by foot to the house, it will take You a few minutes. Go uphill the street on Your right. Go straight to the T-crossroad and turn left, then the first right and then just follow the path to the last house in the street. It will be on Your right.
Don't worry about all the turns, those are all tiny streets and you will find the house easily. The house is also visible on Googl Maps under the name – 'Apartments Ida, Kunsil 35a, Veli Losinj'. Although the location of the house is correct, the route to get to it is wrong, therefore you should follow the route marked on the map provided here on our Airbnb profile.
There is one more point close to the house, reachable by car.
Just continue uphill, when You reach a crossroad looking something like T-crossroad, turn right to a more narrow street. At the end of it, You can as well take out luggage and walk to the house. Once again be sure not to block the traffic.
