Very good place to visit all key location. To Old Town is 30 min by walk, to beach is arround 35 min by walk. I have only one comment - mosquito nets in the windows would be useful - after night in room was small mosquito party 🙂 I recommend - for my 1 week holiday was OK.
Location is far away from old town and beach. You should take an Uber if you would like to go out. Recommended if you dont mind that. The apartment is basically clean, but imho the kitchenware needs a little update. Good for bigger groups and comfortable up to 8 people.
