Ross was a super friendly, fantastic host, anytime we needed anything he had it taken care of that day. Apartment was cozy and worked well for my girlfriend and I the 4 months we stayed.

I stayed at Ross's place for the summer. it was super affordable and conveniently located. Close to several restaurants, the highway and downtown Bay City. He was great at responding if I needed anything and the area felt super safe! loved my time there. It was a perfect home away from home. HIGHLY recommended this spot you won't regret it! Will definitely stay here if I'm ever back in the area. Thanks for the amazing stay Ross!!

I stayed at Ross’ place for over a month while in town for work. It was clean, comfortable, and met my needs for the stay. Ross had great communication and was preemptive of any concerns I might have (checked in one day to install an air conditioner unit before it got hot, etc). Great communication skills! Would stay again!
