Andrea’s place is a super little pad to base yourself for a few days in Pietrasanta. It is very clean, lovely linen , towels etc and has a well equipped kitchen. As Andrea was away during our stay, his mum greeted us and was very sweet, helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. She was very apologetic that there was building work going on in the apartments below us. Thankfully most of our stay was over the weekend - so it was not too much of a distraction - but weekdays will be an issue noise wise - so days out will be essential . Despite Andrea being away, he was very quick to respond to questions via What’s App. We really loved the apartment and its location - slightly out of the old town , so away from the hustle and bustle . We particularly liked Simone’s restaurant Osteria La Tecchia just around the corner. As mentioned the only issue was the noise of the work going on ( and the neighbours upstairs were occasionally a bit loud ! ) Perfect apart from this 😀

Perfect accommodation. Quiet place, but in the center, very cozy and clean apartment , perfect equipped , you can find anything you need and even more. Andrea is so friendly and ready to help in any request. Thanks a lot

Abbiamo comunicato l'ora di arrivo e abbiamo trovato Andrea ad aspettarci nel posteggio gratuito più vicino all'abitazione. Ci ha accompagnato (e anche aiutato a portare i bagagli) e, oltre ad averci dato tutte le informazioni relative alle dotazioni, ci ha anche suggerito alcuni luoghi da visitare. L'appartamento è molto confortevole, ben arredato e nel centro di Pietrasanta quindi vicino a tutti i servizi. Andrea è stato molto reattivo quando abbiamo fatto presente che gli inquilini del piano superiore erano rumorosi (che è stato l'unico problema riscontrato, che comunque non dipendeva da lui).

Die Wohnung von Andrea in Pietrasanta ist ein Traum! Sie entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Pietrasanta und fußläufig ist alles perfekt erreichbar. Außerdem stellte uns Andrea Fährräder zur Verfügung, was die Ausflüge ans Meer zu einer schönen Fahrradtour machte! Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war immer freundlich und äußerst schnell. Er hatte uns sogar eine leckere Aufmerksamkeit sowie ein kleinen Geschenk für unsere Tochter vorbereitet! Andrea hat uns super Tipps für Pietrasanta und die Umgebung gegeben. Unsere Zeit in Pietrasanta war wirklich wundervoll und wir kommen gerne bald wieder. Ich würde die Unterkunft von Andrea für einen Urlaub in Pietrasanta immer gerne weiterempfehlen.
