This place is a charming gem at the end of Kennedy Town. A lovely apartment with a stunning view of the harbor and a great place to get some mental space away from the street level bustle of Hong Kong. Be advised, this accommodation is a home, not a hotel room like you often find on Airbnb​, and it has all of the warm personal touches of such an accommodation. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it.

Overall ok. The view is great, the place is ok and the kitchen is perfect. The electric applicances such as the air-con n water heater should be fixed or replaced since they are not functioning well.

The view from the flat is gorgeous. But there was lots of mosquitoes. My partner feel that the flat is uncomfortable as it seems like somebody just left for us to sleep for a while rather than a rental flat as there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and strong tobacco odor.

Patrick was extremely helpful and very responsive when I had any questions. The flat is in a quieter, but wonderful location, just as described with many lovely restaurants and stores close by. The metro was also less then 10 mins walking distance, and just a few stops away from the center. The flat had a superb view and spacious enough for one or two people. Only issue was could have new a bit cleaner but overall a great experience and would stay there again.
