Harriet was an amazing host and the house in olde town was a perfect location! Able to walk easily to restaurants and stores, plus plenty of space inside for multiple couples. Add the second deck out door patio and this place had everything we needed. Would definitely rent here again!

This place was amazing. All of my guests and I agreed that if we're ever coming up to Fort Collins with a group of a similar size we'd just book this place and wouldn't even look for other options. It was a hot weekend and the AC was absolutely amazing - really quite and extremely effective. The second floor porch is beautiful and spacious and is shaded in the second half of the day over the private backyard. The 2.5 bathrooms was so nice as there was never any awkward waiting to use it while others did. The hosts messages were very proactive and included everything we needed to know, and all the cleanup was covered, no need to spend your last hour of vacation cleaning up. It was a perfect 15 minute walk to old town square, or a $9 Lyft if you're feeling lazy. The upstairs floor was a little loud in the early morning (I was sleeping in the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms was above me) so maybe bring earplugs for that, but that is literally the only negative!
