My daughter and I had a very nice stay. Location is everything! Right in the center of New Hope. As others have mentioned, you do get folks thinking it’s a museum so we had some people peeking in. We spent most of our time in the upstairs living room so avoided most of this. Backyard was great for our dog and for people watching. The space itself was more than adequate. It’s an old house and comes with old house charm for sure. Communication was excellent and check in super easy. Parking was definitely a bonus. You do have a bit of a hill to get to the spot but was so nice not having to worry about finding a spot. New Hope is super cute with great restaurants. The Salt House burger is amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Van Sant House. It's situated right in the middle of town within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The house was beautiful and antique. Barbara and Michael took great care to preserve its history. The fenced in back yard was nice for the dogs and very cozy. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here. Our dogs loved that the back was fenced in. The location was excellent!

the home looked roomy in the photos, but after going inside was even bigger than we thought it would be. very comfortable and a great location.
