Super week gehad met een hele aardige huisbaas. Van te voren wel lastig contact te zoeken met de organisatie Novasol. Reageren traag en zijn lastig telefonisch te bereiken.

Had trouble checking in as there were discrepancies between the age requirement on Airbnb and Novasol. Novasol on the day enforced a large deposit and declared that without paying the deposit we would not be able to stay. After a long conversation we managed to resolve the issue, however was extremely stressful.Fortunately once we checked in everything to do with the house and the host was amazing. Nicely located with stunning view. Additionally many amenities such as the outdoor living spaces met high expectation.

Our host was most welcoming, generous and kind. A welcome platter awaited us on arrival. Robert assisted us above the duty of a host, including collecting my daughter with groceries when Uber was not available (he drove her to house and helped with bags; gave us details of hospital when my two grandchildren got ear infections and checked in with us regularly to ensure their recovery. He provided us with excellent information on the area and guided us to lovely restaurants. Robert’s mother lived in the grounds of the premises and made us delicious home made pastries on occasion which were so welcomed by all. We had full access to this beautiful home with all modern conveniences. A most enjoyable holiday made even better by the friendliest host. Thank you so much.

De wijze waarop de beheerder zich gedragen heeft is een schande en niet conform Airbnb regels. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door een verplichte borgbetaling van € 1.100 cash. Deze kon niet via het Airbnb resolution center voldaan worden. In de regels en instructies van de advertentie stond niets over een borg vermeld. Tijdens het verblijf is er geen verwijtbare schade ontstaan. De beheerder heeft echter wel € 600 borg ingehouden voor naar zeggen een mogelijk defect van de jacuzzi zonder die nader te specificeren. Daarnaast betrad de beheerder te pas en te onpas de villa zonder onze toestemming. Bovendien maakt hij foto’s en filmpjes. Dit is een serieuze aantasting van onze privacy. In de advertentie van de villa op de Airbnb site staat een minimale leeftijd van 18 jaar. Bij aankomst blijkt dat Novasol ook hierin weer een afwijkende regel hanteert nl. dat jeugdgroepen van 18-25 jaar oud niet zijn toegestaan. Kortom we zijn zeer ontevreden over dit verblijf, ga hier niet heen!

Robert has a very good host and was always on hand to help when required. Was a brilliant, modern Villa with great outdoor areas and only a 10 minute Uber away from Split.
