Jane's place is a home away from home with many thoughtful extras to make your stay comfortable. The outside setting is peaceful and beautifully landscaped. I wish we had more time to relax in the hammocks and enjoy a dinner outside. Jane also thoughtfully left a special gift for my parents who were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary (my mom was thrilled, and it took her back to her days of canning). So many places are difficult for aging seniors to access on the coast of Oregon, but Jane's house had easy access inside the home and outside to wander around her beautiful garden. We would definitely stay again should we have the opportunity.

Great stay in Brookings pet-friendly cottage! Jane was wonderful and made us feel welcome with our names on the board, tasty muffins, fresh flowers and other details. The beds were so comfy; we hope to come again in the future.

We had a lovely stay and are so glad we had the chance to experience this home. We were so comfortable and all the small, personal touches added to the experience. Little library, ready to go fireplace, kid and pet friendly details, and signage to support all our questions or ideas. Would definitely recommend and hope to return when the weather allows us to enjoy the outside features too, those hammocks looked so relaxing!

This place is amazing!! The house was beautiful and so homey feeling. Jane was an amazing host and accommodated our needs. It’s the small touches that were amazing: homemade muffins left for breakfast, chocolates next to the bed, our names written on the from door. She made us feel so welcome. We are already planning another trip to come stay here!
