We had a great time. The place was well equipped. Loved having a grill, a covered lanai, and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was delighted to meet Elizabet and find that she and her family own and run this home, so much nicer than a corporation. The home was well stocked with all the amenities needed for a month long stay. We cooked many meals in and found all the widgets and gadgets needed to do so. Elizabeth was very kind and responsive. The Propane tank was emptied during our stay and was switched out within the day, she even supplied a teapot 🫖 ! The neighbourhood was very quiet and the backyard felt very private. There is leash free dog park a very short walk away, sunsets over the river can be viewed with walking distance. A large selction of resturants and various events and festivals can be found in the river district which is a 5 to 10 minute drive. The Edison Ford Winter Estate is close by. Having stayed during the month of February, my only disappointment was that the pool is not heated, at that time of year the daytime temperatures are simply not high enough to make the pool swimable.

We just spent a month living in Elizabeth's home and it was wonderful in every sense. We had our two large dogs with us as well. All of the previous reviews are extremely accurate. Elizabeth has been amazing to deal with throughout. She is very responsive and has great attention to detail. The home was spotless and nicely equipped for our long-term stay. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard was a good size for our dogs, very private, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor area/lanai. The neighbourhood is amazing. It is very quiet and in a great location for walking and biking. We walked and biked down to the river district in Fort Myers several times to enjoy the many restaurants that are close by. There is also a great little cafe/breakfast and lunch spot near the house on McGregor Blvd., called the McGregor Cafe, which was excellent. Thank you for a making our trip to Fort Myers for the holidays extra special, Elizabeth. We will definitely be back! 5*
