The Rugosa was quiet and comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our dog along to the Cape. We enjoyed the art and the plants too!

This place has lovely vibes and is in a excellent location if you have a vehicle. Loved how dog friendly they are and our pup had an great time. The room we stayed in is pretty old and the walls are thin so be prepared to hear others on the top floor. I also had a few small issues with check in regarding their additional pet fee (note that it is not included in the amount you pay via Airbnb but rather a additional charge one you arrive). Friendly staff helped clarify the issue when I arrived so it was not a major problem in the end.

Fantastic place with a serene atmosphere. The decor was outstanding across the whole building. Lots of interesting pieces and history combined in a tasteful manner. Our room had everything we could ask for and the backyard was nice. Plenty of things to do around. Communicative and friendly host.

Stayed here in the cold months and sprung for the Captain’s suite because of the jacuzzi tub. The room was very comfortable and the tub was just perfect. Joey is a kind and welcoming host, and did a great job of ensuring I had the info I needed. The communal indoor spaces are cozy and inviting, tricked out with fine details. There are lots of games for use in the lounge, coffee and tea always available (keruig), and plenty to look at. Would love to stay here in the summer and enjoy the backyard space and pool, which would definitely make the price feel like a great value. Convenient location on a busy 4 lane road, does affect peace & quiet. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a funky, homey place. Loved all the art! The staff, especially Susie, were so warm and friendly. Loved that it was family and dog friendly!
