Great spot in good neighborhood in Pacific Beach. Very clean and spacious. Have a coffe shop, restaurant and bar across the street as well. The only downside is the quality of mattresses. The bed that I slept on (guest room closest to hallway bathroom) was pretty soft and flimsy.

My family and I (group of 6) were able to stay comfortably in this piece of paradise. The location is great, the host was very polite and checked in to make sure check-in went well, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely consider this place again for future trips to San Diego.

What a wonderful rental! It was beautiful, very well kept. The room accommodations were perfect! We also loved the roof top seating where we got to watch the sunrises and sunsets. Renters need to be aware that there are a lot of stairs in this rental so probably not a good one with any ailments. The kitchen is located on the bottom floor, 3 bedrooms on the middle floor, and one on top. My only real complaint is that the mattress in the middle bedroom on the second floor needs replacing. The location was great. Yummy restaurants, coffee shop, and liquor store right around the corner (short walking distance).
