This was our second time staying here as a family of four. The house itself is spacious enough for four adults with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and an open plan dinning room/living room area. We had nice sunny weather when we stayed here and the Garden was perfect for sitting out in. Frans and Ann are lovely hosts, very responsive and friendly but keep enough distance so you can make yourself truly feel at home. Felt comfortable and like if we had any questions we just reach out. The area is lovely and quintessentially dutch the perfect area for families or those wanting to be out the bussel of the city but still close enough to travel to Amsterdam Centrum easily. Travel to the centrum is only a short bus and metro ride away, can be done in around 20mins its the perfect distance. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Lovely place with an easy walk to the bus station as mentioned in the listing. The hosts were both friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The location and the house was excellent. 20mins to Amsterdam through public transport. Only problem we had was that we had not received the details and the unlock code for the key of apartment before 4pm. We were a bit worried about checkin as the host had not replied to our messages as we had messaged him around 3:45pm before reaching the place. We got a response at 4:30. Also in the advertisement it was mentioned that the host has kept cards for public transport because of which we did not buy it on the way to the airbnb. But after reaching the place we got to know that there were no cards for public transport. Other than this the whole place and the stay was quite comfortable.

really nice place to stay it's right outside of Amsterdam, it's quiet and has really nice views.
