Brad’s cottage is just lovely - great location on an idyllic lake. Spotlessly clean, spacious and with well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake and on the decking when it got darker. Wi-Fi was excellent when needed for a few video calls. Kids also enjoyed the games room. The cottage is well positioned for visiting Algonquin Park, which we did each day we were there, and Barry’s Bay is a 5min drive, so it was very easy to pick up groceries, gas and grab a coffee or dinner when we wanted. Brad responded to all queries quickly and was easy to deal with. My only reason for not giving 5 stars for check in is that we found it a little tricky locating the turn off to the property when we arrived - if you are approaching from Barry’s Bay the turn off is just before you come to Barry’s Bay cottages. I would highly recommend Brad’s place and would love to stay again if we come back to Canada.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and well stocked with all kitchen items needed. Very nice Reno’s done and a great wrap around balcony. Beautiful master bedroom with ensuite and walk out balcony. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities to keep the kiddos entertained; video games, arcade style game, ping pong table, board games etc… outdoor badminton, corn holes, paddle boat, basket ball hoop, were all a hit. We were pleasantly surprised to find he had a fire tv system so we were able to access our Netflix and Disney plus etc. wifi was sufficient. The yard is very spacious for children to play, quiet and private. Water is quite shallow so safe for little ones. Beachside has stunning views and sunsets will make you feel your in paradise. Lots of nature for kids to explore. A fire pit to enjoy in the evenings was also well stocked with fire wood, metal grill, roasting stick. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a magical stay in Barry’s Bay. Although we’ve stayed in several different cottages in the area over the years, Brad’s place has been the best by far. From the lovely renovations (including beautiful custom cabinetry and bathrooms), open concept kitchen/dining area, spacious living room, brand new wraparound deck, expansive lawn, fire pit, and games room. It’s got it all! The lake is clean and the bay is sandy and shallow, which is great for the kiddos. Some water toys are available, as well. Brad is a great communicator and was always helpful with any questions that came up. The week went by far too fast. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolute paradise!!! Beautiful cottage and surrounding area. Water was warm and relaxing and cottage was absolutely beautiful

We really had a great time staying here. The water very shallow perfect for family with little kids. Beautiful views. Quite and Privacy. Would love to come back next summer.
