Considering the cost of everything in Cayman, this place was a good deal. A lttile challenging to find but only because the GPS told us we were there about a mike and 1/2 before we were. Having the layout with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect as we had two over 50 and 2 18 year olds! It is a long way from the busy side of the island and there are limited restaurants, but we had stocked up at the grocery store and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. I was especially thankful for the tea kettle!!!

Our party of four adults just returned from a memorable week at 7-Up. Donna, as well as the owners, were very responsive to our questions and requests. The condo was just as described, next to Kaibo Yacht Club, where we enjoyed several meals. The Tuesday night barbecue was the best! The highlights of the condo for us were the screened porch, the provided bicycles, kayaks, and paddle board, and proximity to Starfish Point and Rum Point activities. The area is great for walking and bike riding, and the sheltered lagoon is a good place to hone paddle boarding skills. The condo is very clean and furnishings are adequate but a little tired. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

The condo is beautiful and well-stocked. We very much enjoyed the screened balcony, the pool, and comfortable accommodations. The location was great - very peaceful and located next to the Kaibo beach bar. The coffee shop and Upstairs restaurant were closed while we were there, but they looked like they'd be great during the busy season. We greatly appreciated the paddle board and kayaks. Our only complaint about the location was that it was on the bay side rather than the ocean side, but Rum Point or Starfish Point are 1 mile away if you'd like to visit the beach. The only issue with our stay was the communication. We were emailed detailed instructions, but were not notified that they'd be coming via email instead of Airbnb messages and they went to my spam folder. I tried contacting the host the day prior, but never heard back. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone once on the island, as our cell phones didn't work without wifi/data. This is the first host in my dozen+ Airbnb stays in 7 countries that didn't use Airbnb messages for communicating and it's the only time we've had this kind of trouble. Just be sure to check your email and get clear instructions as soon as you book, and this won't be an issue.
