La ubicación es maravillosa, una zona muy tranquila, con mucha intimidad y unas vistas fantásticas. La zona de la piscina y jardín es muy bonita, aunque es cierto que por dentro la casa está ya un poco viejita, y aunque es verdad que está muy bien equipada eche de menos que no había jabón para lavar los platos, ni pastillas para el lavavajillas, ni papel de cocina y el papel higiénico y el gel\shampoo fueron un poco escasos, pero aún así merece la pena, yo sin duda volvería.

In general we were comfortable in the villa. The location is imbatible, but needs maintenance and decoration/furniture is like from the 70’s. Very typical in rental places on the coast of Spain. The company managing the rental, very friendly. Unfortunately we suffered a huge rain and wind storm that broke some stuff in the house. There is no AC!! That should be included, it’s a must nowadays!

Très belle maison sur le haut de la falaise, magnifique piscine, seul bémol, on ne voit pas la mer de la terrasse, il faut monter sur le toit mais les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques !

Great house with a great location. The house is perfect for six people. Easy to get down to the bay by foot and very close to Ciutadella with great restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed the north part of the island and everything is approximately 30min with a car from Calla Morell.

Un lugar maravilloso, tranquilo,para disfrutar en familia. Una vista preciosa, con una puesta de sol privilegiada. La casa es muy agradable y muy bonita.
