The location is amazing. Only about 50m away from the sea. Nice restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Host was very friendly and responsive. The place itself is obviously not a 5* hotel. You kind of get what you pay for. Even the people in the neighborhood were eager to help and answer questions anytime. A few things that bothered us were: - the bathrooms were not very clean (they smelled) - some apartments didn’t have any rubbish bins - the mattresses were very old - no mosquito nets even though the place was invaded with mosquitos All in all, considering the price (September) and area, we probably would come back (I’d probably bring a few cleaning tools along).

The location is amazing, the view is really nice. But the equipment described did not match reality at all. We made a big family holiday with 16 people. For us priority was air conditioning and location close to the beach. Only one room out of ten had air conditioning. Later we were trying to get the AC to work and when we asked the host to check it out she was pushing the remote for half a minute and then left without a word. We checked the AC and it was full of spiderwebs and dust so it did not just stop working the day before… The dishwasher was not working either… The chairs and the tables on the terrace were broken or in really poor condition, the rooms needed a big cleaning, the fridges were hardly working, and the kitchen equipment was really poor also. All in all the location is flawless, the view is breathtaking but the house needs a really big maintaining.

The location of the place is superb. Unfortunately this is the only positive thing. The description of the place is really false. The pictures are out dated and don't represent the reality. The whole place consists of 4 separate apartments and there is only one AC in the whole building. The only AC was really really dirty, there was a thick layer of mold on the inside. Many times it didn't even turn on. The owner was not really nice and welcoming. She was quite intrusive, last day she came earlier than we were supposed to leave and started cleaning.

Our stay was really nice until the time we were about to leave. We cleaned the place for 2 hours in the morning, but when the cleaning crew arrived, the host demanded an additional 100€ cleaning fee which would've been undocumented and in cash. The place was kind of dirty when we arrived so it was a bit shocking to hear. We offered to help clean up the house but they wouldn't let us. When we refused to pay, because the cleaning was included in the booking price, she threatened us that we will be reported, and the price of the additional cleaning will increase to 300€. When we refused this "offer" as well she wouldn't want to communicate with us and rushed into her house. It's such a shame because it would've been a really great holiday except for that. Avoid this place, its a scam possibly.
