Come enjoy our light and spacious townhouse close to city center and Rya Åsar nature reserve. There is parking for two cars directly next to the house. The courtyard in the front of the house has a wooden deck and a sitting area. The first floor includes a spacious entrance, half bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and exit to the outdoor eating area and back yard. The top floor has three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed and can have a pack-n-play for infant. Bedroom two has a loft bed. Bedroom three has a bunk bed that can sleep two or three. In the upstairs living room there is a sofa bed which can be pulled out to be a double bed, and it also has a couch. On the top floor there is a half bath and also a room with a shower and sink. In the basement there is another half bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. A single bed can be set up in the basement. Cleaning is done by the guest before check out but can be provided for an additional cost. Linen and towels are provided for an additional charge.
