WASHING & PARKING: A separate washing kitchen provides a washing machine. The villa provides 2 private parking slots on the property. BEDS: The four double beds and one single bed have new & comfortable visco mattresses. (Size of the mattresses: 2 beds with 2m x 1,8m, 2 beds with 2m x 1,6m 1 x bed with 2m x 0,9m). Note: As typical for Spanish finca-style villas the roof terrace does partly have only low railings; the pool is not separately fenced (no child security). The property is built on different levels --therefore, it is unfortunately not suitable for persons with mobility problems.
