Beautiful views!!! If you want to wake up to birds chirping, the island breeze, views of the ocean AND of the mountains, then this is the place for you. This apartment sits on a terraced hillside, above a garage, so it has a great breeze and views. Allison could not have been more responsive to all of my questions. The location is awesome for things to do in and around Kona. And those from the Mainland understand driving so to get to other places like Hilo, the drive is not bad. This place was one of my top stays for cleanliness, which is very important to me. If a warm night is not for you, they have a wonderful quiet air conditioner in the bedroom for comfortable sleeping!! Both bedroom and living room have ceiling fans to add to the mountain breeze. If these are the things you are looking for I would recommend staying here! Thank you for our peaceful stay.

A perfect little place to venture out from. The bedroom has a/c, which is all that is really needed. The full sized fridge is handy for groceries (we made breakfasts and packed lunches for our daily excursions.) The kitchen had everything necessary for meal prep and cocktails in the evening. The little balcony was wonderful to sit and listen to the birds and see the ocean in the distance. Everything was perfectly clean and lovely. We had a chance to talk with Jim in person for a few minutes; he was very friendly and inviting. All in all, this was a delightful place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our visit and the relaxing atmosphere of the peaceful neighborhood. HIGHLY recommend. 10 out 10. Would definitely stay here again. To be completely honest, we didn't want to leave!

오븐과 그릴을 이용할수 있어서 좋았습니다 파라솔과 비치의자 세탁기도 있어서 바다놀이하고 빨래도 하였습니다. 코나 시내와는 거리가 좀 있지만 주차가 편하고 차로 멀지않아 한적한 코나생활 할수 있었습니다 호스트는 친절하며 대응이 빠릅니다. 굿!!

Allison and Jim’s place was wonderful. The location was perfect for exploring many places around Kona. It was very private even though it is in a neighborhood, and super quiet and peaceful at night. The place was sparkling clean, and we enjoyed the well equipped, spacious, and well thought out kitchen. The outdoor balcony with fabulous ocean views was lovely for dining. Allison and Jim are very easy to communicate with, and are so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in every way, and will definitely return for a longer stay next time. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed staying at Allison and Jim’s place. They were so incredibly kind and accommodating. We liked how peaceful the neighborhood was and enjoyed being able to see the ocean and island from the front porch. We would definitely stay at their place again!
