We stayed for one month in this annex, and we absolutely loved it all! The set up of everything is very homey, cosy and convenient. It was great to have a good kitchen for the duration of our stay. On arrival tea, coffee, milk, fresh bakery, bagels and jam were waiting for us which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. We found the bedroom really relaxing and the bed was extremely comfy. There is a convenience store with everything required 10 min away but we did our weekly shops in big Sainsbury's and M&S in Cranleigh which was very convenient too. It was also very straightforward to get to Guildford with two buses available so it was a very good link to London too when needed. Cranleigh is a lovely village too which helps. And back to the accommodation: we loved it, had everything needed for our long stay and we didn't want to leave. We will have warm memories about this place in Warnborough Lane! Thanks, Nina!

Nina’s place was in a perfect location for where we needed to be which was the Cranleigh Showground 5 mins walk away. It was a 10 min walk to a good fish and chip shop and less than 20 mins into Cranleigh village with lovely eateries. The place itself was fine for 2 people with a comfy bed , good shower and the kitchen equipment we needed. The decor could do with an update but otherwise ok. We would stay again if coming to an event at the showground. Pack a torch if walking back in the dark.

Terrible, dirty, poorly maintained. See list of issues below. Host did not want to make these concerns right and suggested I had not left the property in an inappropriate condition as I did not empty the bin before I left and left a plate and cup that needed washing up. I’m not sure the hosts appreciate what being a host means. Fridge door does not close properly - our milk went off Cupboard doors dont close properly Oven does not get hot Cooker extractor precariously hanging off wall Cobweds and dirt and stains inside kitchen cupboards Crockery not clean Inside fridge not clean Kitchen bin dirty and smelt (clearly never been cleaned!) Cobwebs around all windows. Nowhere to store any clothing! Only storage had a matress stuffed in it! Stains on chairs Holes in mismatched bedding, Tatty old linen and towels Radiator in bathroom overheats (i burnt myself on it twice) generally untiday - cleaning products left around

We love staying at Nina’s. This is our third stay there. We have everything we need for our small family of 3 and are in close proximity to a grocery store and about a mile walk to town. We were even treated to fresh eggs from their chickens this visit. Look forward to our next stay there!
