We have a small library of English-language books that you can take to the beach or read poolside for your convenience. If you like to cook, the open-plan kitchen has everything you need from pots & pans to silverware and appliances so you can become a seaside chef! Condo is fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and many appliances (washer/dryer, stove, microwave, electric grill, fridge, blender, coffee machine, pantry items), even beach towels! Punta Arrocito is gated with 24-hour controlled access, and is 100%-wheelchair accesible. There is a shuffleboard court and a landscaped seafront walkway perfect for meditation at dawn or dusk. Condo is only an 8-minute taxi ride to the supermarkets in town, making it quick, easy and affordable for you to go grocery shopping when needed. Covered parking for one vehicle and on-site storage for larger items (kayak, bycicles) is also provided. I will be available via the Airbnb app to assist in any way I can during your stay. However, everything from handing you the keys to providing optional weekly cleaning service (at an additional cost) is handled by my professional on-site property manager. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or on the oceanfront deck. Smoking in any public areas (elevators, walkways, bathrooms and pool areas) is also strictly prohibited. About Huatulco - Huatulco has nearly perfect weather year-round, with 80° F average temperatures during the winter. It has been named one of Mexico's best-planned coastal developments, while retaining a unique and quaint small Mexican town feel. There are several excellent seafood, Mexican, Italian, and International restaurants in town, plus a nice central square (La Crucecita) with a church and cafés around it. Huatulco has plenty of outdoor activities in the area: Scuba diving, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, bird watching, or simply visiting one of the dozens of beaches in the region.
